One of the best "not so secret" tips is drinking water. Drinking water does a body good. It keeps us hydrated giving us more energy, it’s a healthy drink that is essential for good health, helps our bodies to function by replenishing the water we loose when we perspire or use the bathroom, water has no calories, and it’s easy on the pocket book.

Overall, exercising makes you feel good. At least it does me. Exercising tones the muscle and the more tone you are the more healthy your skin will look and feel.
Exercise gets the blood flowing, carrying more oxygen to skin cells giving you a more natural glow, it reduces stress which some say can cause more acne breakouts.
